Is as easy as pressing a button!
Simply enter your Login ID (the first part of your email address) on the Check Hours page and you will be presented with a monthly report of your online usage. To view the current month, click the ‘Show This Month’ button at the top of the login history page.
For example, if your email address is sammy@nfdc.net then your Login ID is sammy.
